Lifestyle Personal Support Services is recruiting for multiple part-time/ casual positions. Our team of

dedicated professionals provides one on one, direct support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

We're looking for reliable and compassionate self-starters to provide medical care and practical living support.

The team will work alongside the individual’s family, and current team to develop his presence in the

community, and support him in living an independent life.

Great at time management and possess organizational skills to meet the needs of the individual you’re supporting
Flexibility with ever-changing needs during shift
Must have the physical ability to provide personal care, assist with walking, push a wheelchair, drive, and complete regular household tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling).
Supporting the individual in creating action plans to pursue personal interests

Assisting with basic, practical living skills, such as getting dressed, eating, and walking
Special diet preparation
Liaising with relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
Writing records and reports
Organizing social activities and holiday events
Helping to enable/ engage to have a full and independent life
